Pakistan and Russia signed an agreement
by a Russian construction company for a pipeline of more than a thousand
kilometers on Pakistani territory, where negotiations about gas
projects are accelerating since the agreement on Iran’s nuclear program.
The
document was signed by Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak and
Pakistani Petroleum Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi in the presence of

Russia and Pakistan to a new level”, welcomed the Russian Energy
Minister Alexander Novak said in the statement.
Historically close to India, Russia looks indeed more today tonow that Delhi has strengthened its cooperation with the United States.
Moscow also supports the gas pipeline Iran-Pakistan, inaugurated in 2013 but blocked by sanctions.
Faced
