With its four-cylinder engine and electric motor, the 2016 Kia Optima Hybrid provides satisfying acceleration. Some people, however, may notice a delay in power delivery when pressing the accelerator. The Toyota Camry Hybrid impresses with its serene, comfortable ride. Its cabin is spacious and its infotainment system is simple to operate. The Camry Hybrid also earns better fuel economy estimates than the Optima Hybrid.
